Objectives
The eTask – Smart Task & Team Manager is an Excel-based productivity system
designed to bring organization, clarity and accountability to daily task management
and team coordination. It centralizes planning, progress tracking, deadlines,
meeting follow-ups and communication workflows in one structured environment —
operating fully offline with complete control over your data.
In both editions (Basic and Full), users can register tasks, assign team members,
update priorities and due dates, document decisions in the Meetings panel, and export
reports in PDF, Excel or CSV. The system also includes built-in email automation,
allowing follow-ups and task summaries to be sent directly through Outlook, Gmail
or the default email client.
The tool promotes clarity, consistency and disciplined routines,
helping professionals and teams avoid follow-up chaos and maintain a stable workflow.
The Full Edition expands these capabilities by adding two strategic
productivity frameworks — Eisenhower Matrix and Ivy Lee Method,
providing deeper prioritization, clear execution focus and structured daily planning.
These modules are exclusive to the Full Edition and not available in the Basic Edition.
With full language availability in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian, and customizable
date formats such as ISO (YYYY-MM-DD), the DMY slash format (DD/MM/YYYY) and the North American format (MM/DD/YYYY),
the system adapts seamlessly to both local and international teams.
Use it if
eTask is ideal for professionals, managers and teams seeking a structured,
reliable and Excel-native workspace for daily operations.
- Coordinating tasks, deadlines and responsibilities
- Conducting operational or follow-up meetings
- Maintaining clarity over who is doing what and when
- Exporting reports for management or BI tools
- Working offline with full ownership of all data
If you need strategic prioritization tools, the Full Edition also includes
the Eisenhower and Ivy Lee modules for enhanced decision-making and daily focus.
Don't use it if
eTask may not be suitable for users who require real-time cloud collaboration,
simultaneous editing or web-based integrations.
It may also face limitations in environments with restricted VBA,
such as certain corporate networks or some macOS Excel versions.
Users who need advanced project scheduling (e.g., Gantt charts)
or cloud-native workflows may prefer solutions specifically built for that purpose.
